About Mark

I have a 24 year history as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Navy where I qualified as an Exercise Rehabilitation Therapist. Upon leaving the military I continued my studies and graduated with a BSc Hon in Sports Rehabilitation.

Mark O'Malley

Mark has a 24 year history as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Navy where he qualified as an Exercise Rehabilitation Therapist at Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre, Headley Court in 2005. He continued his studies and graduated with a BSc Hon in Sports Rehabilitation at St Marys University College Twickenham in 2009.

Mark applied his skills in a range of military rehabilitation facilities ranging from Complex Battle Trauma to Primary Care Facilities, ensuring a wide exposure to a unique variety of injuries from acute sprains to complex needs following blast or gunshot wounds.

Mark’s passion for health and fitness has remained his driving force in achieving his goals such as completing endurance events such as London Marathons and an Iron Man Triathlon.

In 2012, Mark qualified as a Primary Teacher where he dedicated himself to supporting children and families to achieve their goals both academic and social. Mark splits his time between teaching at a local primary school and  Tone to the Bone. Ultimately his goal is to help you reach your best potential whether it be a child or an adult. He prides himself in empowering others to overcome physical and mental barriers so that in turn they may excel and return to full function.

Working at Tone to the Bone is an exciting prospect, that allows Mark to share his knowledge and guidance with clients to a better lifestyle and improved quality of life.
